1. Cancellation Policy - To cancel an appointment, you must do so 24 hours in advance. Otherwise a fee of $50 will be charged. 2. On-Site waiting policies - Our cleaners can wait 10 minutes, if it is more than 10 minutes, $20 dollars will be charged for every 15 minutes of waiting. 3. Minimum purchase for extras - To purchase extras you must make a minimum purchase of $150
